AVEVA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Associate to support the Shared Services team. You will handle day-to-day Accounts Payable tasks, process PO and non-PO invoices, perform VAT controls, and support month-end close.
This role requires experience in accounts payable, proficiency with MS Office and Oracle, and fluency in English and Japanese. You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely supplier payments.

Procure-to-Pay Associate (AP)

Full-time, regular, hybrid work arrangement
As a member of Shared Services, you will be part of a team responsible for performing day to day tasks within the Procure to Pay function - Accounts Payable and expenses as well as Month End Closing process and other specific accounting activities.
