Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to follow standard operating procedures and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compounding procedures conform to BOPs.
• Conduct daily process chemicals stock checks and ensure smooth supply to production.
• Assist Compounding Supervisor in daily activities.
• Handle churn compounding of base lattices.
• Recover waste alcohol from dip room via alcohol recovery process.
• Maintain good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
• Support validation activities; conduct product/material evaluation and data collection; assist with packaging and sterilization.

Job Description

• Ensure that compounding procedures conform to B.O.Ps.
• Responsible for daily process chemicals stock check and ensure the smooth supply of process chemicals to production.
• Assist Compounding Supervisor in carrying out daily work activities.
• Responsible for all churn compounding of base lattices.
• Responsible for recovering all waste alcohol penetrated from dip room by processing them through alcohol recovery plant.
• Ensure good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
• To support and execute validation activities per plan, also conduct product/material evaluation, data collection as well as supporting packaging and sterilization activities.
• Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Latex Technology or related discipline.
• OR SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
