Job summary

Becton Dickinson in Kedah, Kulim, Malaysia, seeks a supervisor to lead the Compounding and Catheter Offline Dipping Equipment (CODE) operations. You will drive material qualification efforts to support business continuity and cost/quality improvements.

The role requires coordinating projects, managing schedules, and supporting process engineers on yield and quality initiatives, including IQ/OQ/PQ validation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or medical device operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the CODE operations.
• New replacement material qualifications to support business continuity.
• Alternate material qualifications to support cost/quality improvements.
• Identify opportunities for materials waste reduction.
• Value engineering for cost and/or quality improvements on current and future products.
• Manage project schedules and timelines.
• Prepare project documentation including capital requests, design specifications.
• Management of catheter IQ/OQ/PQ validation programs.
• Consultant to Process engineers on yield or quality improvement activities.
• Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor.
