Qualifications

• Regarded as a go-to technical leader and mentor within Manufacturing; cross-discipline leadership and mentoring in process development, improvement or troubleshooting.
• Developing and improving processes; utilizing documentation, programs and models relevant to the role.
• Lead technical/project teams, providing guidance, controlling scope, schedule and risk to ensure success.
• Lead local continuous improvement activities for the discipline or manufacturing processes and support direct production line operators.
• Demonstrate expertise in equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness and setup/operation relevant to the role.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Regarded as a "go to" technical leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for discipline specific process development, process improvement or troubleshooting.
• Developing process control and improvement for teams to Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Serves as a technical and/or project team lead providing technical guidance/ training, controlling scope, schedule, Risk and ensuring overall technical success through Plexus Manufacturing Processes / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
• Leads local continuous improvement activities associated with their discipline or manufacturing processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Expertise in Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
