Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor within Manufacturing; provide cross-discipline leadership and guidance for process development, improvement, or troubleshooting.
• Develop process control and improvement; use tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, and production processes.
• Lead projects providing technical guidance, manage scope, schedule, risk and ensure technical success through Plexus Manufacturing Processes and supplier coordination.
• Lead local continuous improvement activities and support direct production line operators.
• Build expertise in equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation relevant to the role.

Purpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Regarded as a "go to" technical leader and mentor within their Manufacturing discipline; and/or regarded as a cross-discipline leader and mentor for discipline specific process development, process improvement or troubleshooting.
• Developing process control and improvement for teams to Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Serves as a technical and/or project team lead providing technical guidance/ training, controlling scope, schedule, Risk and ensuring overall technical success through Plexus Manufacturing Processes / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
• Leads local continuous improvement activities associated with their discipline or manufacturing processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Expertise in Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
