Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Executes manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-appropriate services meeting customer requirements.
• Applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it relates to their role.
• Creates, analyzes, and verifies documentation, programs, models, or production processes.
• Supports direct production line operators and works under supervision per good manufacturing practices.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.


• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.


• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.


• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.


• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
