Kaifa Technology in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a manufacturing engineer to monitor and improve PCBA and box build assembly processes. You will document workflows, perform PFMEA, and drive root-cause analysis with the MLBU team.
The role involves process evaluation, non-conformance control, and delivering technical knowledge transfer to operators. Experience with production layout and DFM/RFQ is preferred to optimize yields and efficiency.

Monitor product assembly processes and compliances.
Monitor and report on product process issues and achievement.
Initiate continuous improvement activity on product and process.
Product assembly work instruction and documentation including Process Flow, PFMEA, PMP and OCAP.
Process evaluation and manage non-conformance control in manufacturing line.
Initiate investigation report (example 8D report) with MLBU team members to identify root causes and actions to improve product and process reliability.
Analyze statistical data and initiate counter measures for improvement and productivity
Provide technical knowledge transfer/training to operational personnel.
Monitor and report yield achievement and losses to internal and external customer.
Design product production layout, assembly fixture including stencil.
Assist in product DFM and RFQ requirements.
Manage product packaging configuration and defining production in-direct material use.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Degree in any engineering discipline with minimum 2-year experience in PCBA and box build assembly processes.
Prefer to have Degree in any engineering discipline.
Knowledgeable in SMT equipment is optional.
