Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Loan Recovery and Claims teams. You will help issue Redemption Statements, cancel facilities, and ensure timely processing in line with SLA/TAT, working closely with COD/SAM and external partners.

This role offers a chance to contribute to a multi-channel collections operation, monitor accounts daily, and uphold governance in both conventional and Islamic facilities.

Responsibilities

• To issue Redemption Statements in accordance to SLA/TAT.
• To ensure timely cancellation of facilities per SLA/TAT.
• To support Loan Recovery Department in redemption statements, cancellation of OD, collateral handling, and status revisions per SLA/TAT.
• To attend to consents to external parties and execution of Discharge of Charge documents per SLA/TAT.
• To monitor Collection Account 2 daily to adhere to policy.

• To ensure timely issuance of Redemption Statements in accordance to set SLA/TAT.
• To ensure timely cancellation of Facilities in accordance to set SLA/TAT.
• To support Loan Recovery Department (COD/SAM) in the issuance of Redemption Statement, instruction to cancel OD, deletion of collateral, revision of classification status, upliftment of FD, cancellation of facilities and revision of classification status in accordance to set SLA/TAT.
• To attend to requests such as consents to external parties, execution of Discharge of Charge documents and release of original security documents in accordance to set SLA/TAT.
• To monitor the Collection Account 2 (both Conventional & Islamic) daily to adhere to Collection Account Policy & Procedures.
• To ensure Bridging Loan cases are attended and in order.
• To ensure timely Discharge of Charge of Security(ies) in accordance to set SLA/TAT.
