Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Professional certification or formal training in ISO Management Systems, API Spec Q2, QHSE or auditing preferred.
• Lead Auditor or management-system credentials are advantageous.
• Formal AI or software-development qualification not mandatory; practical exposure to digital/AI-enabled improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping and diagnostic reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify inefficiencies, duplicated activities, manual work, and opportunities for automation.
• Assess data availability, quality, and readiness for analytics and AI-enabled use cases.
• Translate pain points into practical digital or AI-enabled improvement use cases with clear objectives and data needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional pilots and implementations with multiple departments.
• Support user adoption and change management with documentation and training.
• Establish measurable benefits and monitor impact on cost, utilisation, and performance.
• Apply CAPA, FMEA, risk assessment and trend analysis to verify improvements.
• Develop management dashboards and provide progress updates to the CEO.
