5E Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure effluent discharge complies with the Malaysia Environmental Quality Act and related regulations. You will handle duties as the competent person for CePIETSO-BP and PCP, plan cost-efficient wastewater solutions, and monitor system performance with management reporting.

You will collaborate with sales, R&D, and production teams to meet customer goals, provide engineering support, and prepare technical proposals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Competency in physical-chemical/biological treatment systems is an added advantage.

• Plan and execute cost-effective wastewater treatment solutions.

Job Description

To ensure and report effluent discharge always comply with the requirement of the Malaysia Environmental Quality Act. 1974, IETS 2009 Regulations.

Responsible for handling duty as the competent person for CePIETSO-BP and PCP

To consult, plan and execute cost-effective solution technically regarding of wastewater treatment operation.

Review, compile and control site checklist for performance monitoring control to ensure the system is maintained in accordance with the standard, including reporting on system performance to management for review and improvement

To be innovative in design work with regards to minimization of cost of production

Investigating the process and defects related issues and identify ways to improve support engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production

Provide support and ensure production & quality issues are resolved

Experience in process design basis, philosophies, specification and sizing of equipment and related components.

Collaborate with sales and marketing, R & D on production strategy and activities planning

Provide engineering and technical support to meet customers goals and expectation

Preparation of technical proposal including equipment specification, costing and drawing

To plan and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment’s at WWTP.

Ability to work with all level of people and adapt to any kind of working environment

To execute ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirement

Required Qualifications / Experience

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/Environmental Science or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Competency in the physical-chemical/biological treatment system is added advantage.
