Job summary

RGE is seeking a production professional to establish and maintain process standards and train production teams. You will drive safety, quality, and housekeeping while applying SPC and standardized systems.

You will lead daily operation meetings (DOM), daily direction setting (DDS), and conduct gap analyses to optimize results. Willing to relocate for the role; degree in related field required; 1–2 years in a similar role advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain production process standards; train production teams.
• Serve as a role model for safety and promote safe work practices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead DOM and DDS to drive problem-solving and zero loss flow.
• Apply SPC to set and improve production processes and settings (Center Lining).
• Lead small group activities as subject matter expert and drive RCA-based improvements.
