Entegris seeks a Statistical Process Lead Engineer in Kulim to serve as the internal statistical expert, partnering with Manufacturing and Process Engineers to improve new and existing products. You will drive SPC adoption, perform DOE studies, and ensure robust statistical compliance across processes.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong Minitab skills to translate complex data into actionable improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in statistical process improvements in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in SPC principles and hands-on statistical methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SPC implementation and sustainment with process owners at Kulim.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing/Process/Quality Engineers on root-cause analysis using statistical tools.
• Perform DOE studies and data mining to drive quality and process capability improvements.
• Design and execute experiments to improve processes and product performance.
• Present complex statistical findings in clear, actionable formats.
