The role requires a engineering degree and hands-on manufacturing experience, with a focus on process documentation and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Minimum two years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering or related environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and proactive attitude encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production operations to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on quality issues in production.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and assembly sequences.
• Analyze drawings and technical data to support new product/process implementation.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation.
