Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Tebrau, Johor, is seeking an Engineer, Process to drive manufacturing process excellence. You will translate customer requirements into robust production processes and support new product introductions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering and has 2–3 years of relevant experience in a competitive product manufacturing environment. Strong SPC knowledge, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of process control, product and process configuration and SPC methods is essential.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Resourceful, responsive, reliable and ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacturing processes requirements are derived from customer requirements on product performance are being expedited;
• Perform process validation/verification
• Provide ongoing engineering support and suitable work environment for manufacturing
• Responsible for planning and establishing the control of production and monitor the trend of process performance
• Prepare and ensure process work instructions are available and updated
• Perform risk assessment on product and process
• Provide tooling and fixture support to production in order to develop and improve process flow
• Liaise with vendors / customers on product-related issues
• Responsible for continuous improvement activity
• Participate in any special projects / programs as & when assigned by Company
