Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Process Engineer to drive new product development and process improvement for the Engineering department and subcontractors. The working location is Local Assembly, Gelang Patah, Johor.

You will design production processes, lead line setups, PFMEA, and pursue continuous improvement to meet KPI targets while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering.
• Experience with process improvement.
• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Able to work in a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Design production processes and set up lines, PFMEA.
• Improve production yield to meet KPI targets.
• Plan requisition for machines and equipment for new projects.
• Supervise lines during implementation and measure OEE/POEE.
• Identify and implement process improvements and COPQ reductions.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.
