Job summary

BD, a global medical technology company, seeks a Process Engineer for its Kulim site. You will oversee materials and process development to support EHS, quality, and cost improvements, manage latex compounding, and supervise CODE operations.

Role requires experience with latex/polymer, DOE/CAPA, and strong safety and quality mindset. Collaboration with COE and local teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Latex Technology, Materials Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar field.
• Strong background on latex or polymer.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement the BD Excellence workflow.
• Manage Compounding and CODE operations.
• Lead EHS improvement initiatives to reduce risks.
