Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company with a global footprint, and this role is based at our Kedah facility in Kulim, Malaysia. The successful candidate will support compounding operations, ensuring compliance with batch records and process controls, while maintaining a clean and safe production area.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science or Latex Technology or have SPM with relevant experience, and be ready to contribute to daily supervisory tasks and process

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or SPM with relevant experience.
• Experience with compounding processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compounding procedures conform to B.O.Ps.
• Stock check daily for process chemicals and ensure smooth supply.
• Assist Compounding Supervisor in daily activities.
• Handle churn compounding of base lattices.
• Recover waste alcohol from dip room via alcohol recovery plant.
• Maintain good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
