Job summary

SILICONWARE PRECISION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a process/production engineer to drive process improvements in IC packaging environments. The role focuses on analyzing abnormalities, evaluating new equipment, and ensuring quality through material review and SPEC maintenance.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/machinery/materials/chemical engineering and have experience in IC packaging testing, maintenance, and cleanroom operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/machinery/materials/chemical engineering or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the process improvement action plan
• Analysis of the causes of process abnormalities
• Acceptance of new equipment programs and evaluation of new product introduction
• SPEC review and OI.EO.VI.MA maintenance
• Evaluation of raw materials and improvement of quality to introduce the most appropriate materials

Education
