Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related engineering field with semiconductor experience.
Experience in quality/reliability methodologies and excursion management.
Proficiency in statistics and data analytics for quality assessments.

Responsibilities

Assess inline process health and excursion impact across wafer to packaging stages.
Lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions using 8D methodologies.
Collaborate with fab, substrates, test, process engineering, and quality teams.
Develop and implement control plans and SPC across manufacturing steps.
Support excursion management, MRB decisions, and risk assessments.
Communicate customer-focused quality improvements to internal partners.
