Job summary

Genitronic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kota, Kedah invites a skilled Process Engineer to join our Sungai Petani facility on a full-time basis. The role focuses on designing, optimising and improving manufacturing and operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.

You will work with production, maintenance and quality teams to ensure processes stay within specifications, perform risk assessments and implement safety protocols in line with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2–3 years of professional experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct process analysis and feasibility studies to identify optimisation opportunities and potential cost savings.
Prepare detailed process documentation, flow diagrams, standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams to ensure processes operate within defined parameters and specifications.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
