Responsibilities

• Monitor daily process parameters within approved control limits.
• Identify abnormal trends and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure operators follow Work Instructions (WI), Process Control Plans (PCP) and process specifications.
• Verify process records for accuracy, completeness and traceability.
• Prevent unauthorized changes to process parameters.
• Analyse process data, trends and variations; monitor stability and capability.
• Prepare process performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Investigate process-related defects and non-conformances; support CAPA.
• Verify action effectiveness and prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
• Support audits (customer, quality-system and Nadcap).
