Private Advertiser in Gopeng, Perak is seeking a Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on optimizing production processes for higher efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through CAPA and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in QA/QC, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management and QA principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and yield.
• Identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement CAPA.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste, defects, downtime, and cost.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools.
• Support process validation, trials, and NPI activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D teams.
• Monitor key process parameters and ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Analyze production data and prepare technical reports.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
