Zusammenfassung

CSYAP Group is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize chemical surface treatment processes including plating, anodizing, passivation and cleaning. You will focus on process control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to meet quality, safety and environmental standards.

The role involves supporting automated lines, chemical dosing, and documentation such as SOPs and control plans. Strong collaboration with Production, Quality, R&D and EHS is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in chemical surface treatment, plating, or manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of electroplating, anodizing, passivation, phosphating, or conversion coating.
• Experience with chemical bath analysis, adjustment and process troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry, corrosion, metallurgy and surface chemistry.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, develop and optimize chemical surface treatment processes.
• Monitor chemical bath parameters to ensure process consistency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support automated treatment lines, chemical dosing systems and process improvements.
• Participate in LEAN, Six Sigma and Kaizen continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
