Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd in Penang (Simpang Ampat) is seeking a hands-on Process / Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, perform time studies, and carry out line balancing to boost production efficiency.

The role involves analyzing UPH, capacity and bottlenecks, developing standard work, and supporting NPI and ramp-up. Collaboration spans Production, Quality, PMC, Engineering and Management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Process / Industrial Engineering experience
• Strong IE knowledge is important
• Line balancing
• Capacity calculation / productivity improvement
• Process flow / standard work

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency
• Conduct time study and cycle-time analysis
• Perform line balancing and manpower calculation
• Analyze UPH, productivity and capacity
• Identify bottlenecks and process losses
• Develop and maintain process flow and work instructions
• Support NPI and production ramp-up
• Work closely with Production, Quality, PMC, Engineering and Management
