Job summary

SkyGate Integration Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and update work instructions, process flows, and standard times to support cycle time studies and productivity improvements.

You will define cycle time optimization, line balance, and manpower allocation to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include BOM maintenance in ERP, engineering support to production, and leading root cause analysis for quality and yield improvements. Safety and standards compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Work Instructions (WI), Process Flow, and standard times to support cycle time studies, new projects, and productivity improvement.
• Define, study, and optimize cycle time, line balance, and manpower allocation to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain BOM lists with complete assembly levels in the ERP system.
• Provide engineering support to production for process-related issues, quality concerns, and yield improvement.
• Lead process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead NPI, pilot runs, and support mass production ramp-up, including process validation and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, and Planning teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Ensure processes comply with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
