Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to manage contract manufacturers, ensure conformance to drawings and quality standards, and troubleshoot production issues. You will perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements in process, yield, and productivity while coordinating with Quality, R&D, Production and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Willing to travel to supplier/contract manufacturing sites when required.
