Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support contract manufacturers, ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards, and troubleshoot production issues.

You will perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality, R&D, Production and Supply Chain to improve yield and efficiency. Diploma/degree in engineering and 1–3 years' relevant experience required; willingness to travel to supplier sites.

About you

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards

Basic knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem-solving

Good communication and teamwork skills

Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications

Willing to travel to supplier/contract manufacturing sites when required
