Job summary

SWANCOR IND (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor and control daily process operations, from material preparation to testing, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities for process optimization, coordinating with planners, supervisors and workers, and preparing regular production reports for management review. Candidates with 1–2 years in resin-related manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of working experience in resin-related manufacturing or chemical industry preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in CAD software will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is a plus.

Job Requirements

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English. Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will have an added advantage, as the role may require coordination with counterparts from Taiwan and China.

Willing to work on shift schedules when required.
