Abid Revo 2 based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Process Engineer to join our engineering team. This full-time role focuses on designing, implementing and improving processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and sustain high quality across our operations.

You will work on projects that directly impact business performance, collaborating with production, quality and maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in process/manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation and control systems.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong project management and multi-project handling ability.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop process improvements to optimise production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct process audits to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts and SOPs.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for modifications and investments.
• Support equipment selection, installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Provide technical training on process procedures and best practices.

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our engineering team at Abid Revo 2. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering a pivotal opportunity to optimise our manufacturing and operational processes. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and improving processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality across our operations. This position offers the chance to work on challenging projects that have a direct impact on our business performance and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop process improvements to optimise production efficiency and reduce operational costs


• Conduct process audits and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement


• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to ensure seamless process execution


• Monitor process performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met


• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma


• Troubleshoot process issues and develop corrective and preventative actions


• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed process modifications and capital investments


• Support equipment selection, installation, and commissioning of new production systems


• Provide technical training and guidance to operational staff on process procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline


• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering


• Strong knowledge of process design, optimisation, and control systems


• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools


• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies


• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset


• Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Professional certification such as Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is preferred


• Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors is advantageous
