Job summary

Spectrum Integrated Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness, with emphasis on SPC and process controls.

The successful candidate will work on ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and maintenance of clear SOPs and work instructions. Fresh grads or those with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, electronic or chemical engineering.
• Fresh graduate or 2+ years' experience invited to apply.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency with engineering software tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, optimize and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Job description

To analyze and optimize manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Develop, optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.

Provide Technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Identify and implementing process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.

Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electronic or Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Fresh Graduate or candidate with experience 2+ years are welcome to apply

Salary commensurate with experience

Good in analytical skills and Engineering software tools – CAD, Genesis etc.

Working experience in manufacturing environment

Able to speak Mandarin is a plus to support communication with China stakeholders
