Job summary

EPS Malaysia is seeking personnel to monitor equipment maintenance and performance in a production environment in Johor Bahru. The role involves tracking uptime, supporting validation builds, coordinating manpower with production schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality plans.

You will work with vendors to meet quality standards, monitor yield and root causes, and lead a team of technicians for routine maintenance while coordinating with line leaders to minimize operator changes in critical

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment maintenance and performance.
• Monitor the machine uptime and machine conversion.
• Support validation/Engineering build if required.
• Manpower support arrangement according to production schedule.
• Provide technical support / UPH / Line Balancing.
• Address quality issues (Internal/External), RMA vendors, minutes and reports.
• Daily yield monitoring and identify root causes of abnormal yield.
• Report yield status to Engineering Manager.
• Ensure processes run according to quality plan.
• Publish operators' namelist on the production line and coordinate with line leaders to minimize operator changes in critical processes.
• Ensure spare parts are in place when needed.
• Monitor inventory and liaise with technicians to reduce rework inventory.
• Ensure technician failure analysis reports are available and analyzed correctly for rejects.
• Lead a team of technicians for routine maintenance.
• Work with vendors to meet quality standards.
• Allocate technicians for maintenance of different equipment.
• Present to management on reject improvements and modifications.
• Plan and establish controls to meet department KPI.
• Contribute to technology enhancement for process improvement and cybersecurity understanding.
• Establish machine processes requiring cybersecurity verification and obtain auditor approval.
• Participate in ISMS audits to meet ISO27001 requirements.
• Follow information security policies and guidelines.
• Support EMS compliance and ISO 14001 environmental initiatives.

Job description

Monitor equipment maintenance and performance

Monitor the machine up run (uptime) and machine conversion

Support for validation / Engineering build if required

Manpower support arrangement accordingly to production schedule

Provid Technical support / UPH / Line Balancing

Entertain any quality issue( Internal / External), RMA Vendor, minute meeting/ provide report

Daily yield monitoring and to find actual root cause of abnormal yield

Report to Engineering Manger on yield status

Ensure the process run is accordingly to quality plan

Ensure operators' namelist are always published in production line To coordinate with line leaders to ensure no frequency of changing operator in critical processes

To ensure spare parts are in-placed whenever needed

Monitor the inventory and liaise with technicians to reduce the rework inventory on time

Ensure technician failure analysis report is available whenever is required and correct analysis is done on reject units

Lead a team of technicians performing routine maintenance work

Work with vendors to ensure quality standards are met

Allocate different technicians for maintenance of different equipment

Do presentations to the management on reject improvement and on modification

Plan and establish control needed to meet department KPI

To work on technology enhancement for process improvement Understanding of cybersecurity principles and methodologies.

Make establishedment for machine process (if any) that require by Cyber Security. Validate and verify by Auditor for declared machine stated.

Participate in the internal and external audits of the ISMS to ensure meeting requirement under ISO27001.

Follow information security policies, procedures, and guidelines as established by the organization.

Support EMS compliance and environmental improvement initiatives within the Engineering Department according with ISO 14001 requirements.
