SUPREME WATER TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry level to intermediate Process Deployed Engineer to design municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants using membrane technology.

The role includes ongoing process engineering support for field operations and involves travel for technical support. You will develop process designs, P&IDs, BOMs, and plant data sheets, while contributing to O&M manuals and commissioning of MBR/UF systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in civil, chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering or related with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) required.
• Entry to intermediate level with interest in wastewater biological treatment and membrane/UF systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop process designs, mass/energy balances, data sheets, and preliminary/final engineering designs.
• Create process flow diagrams and P&ID for wastewater and water treatment projects.
• Prepare O&M manuals and control philosophy documentation.
• Participate in project kick-offs and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Perform commissioning duties on MBR/UF systems and prepare commissioning reports.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting wastewater and water treatment processes.
• Conduct pilot studies and prepare pilot study reports.
• Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions.

We are seeking an entry level or intermediate level Process Deployed Engineer with interest and familiarity with wastewater biological/water treatment design and mechanical design expertise to design municipal/industrial wastewater treatment plants & water treatment plant utilizing membrane technology. The selected candidate will also provide ongoing process engineering support for field operation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and provide process design, process descriptions, mass and energy balances, process data sheets, equipment data sheets, and preliminary/final engineering designs.

Develop plant designs, process flow diagram, process & instrumentation diagram for proposals & projects for wastewater treatment plants & water treatment plants.

Prepare O&M manual, control philosophy, etc.

Participate in project kick off and design review meeting with the detailed design engineering and customers.

Perform commissioning duties on MBR & UF systems and prepare commissioning reports

Assist customers in troubleshooting complex wastewater & water processes.

Perform pilot studies and prepare pilot study report.

Participate in conferences and exhibitions.

About you

0 - 3+ years' experience in water and wastewater treatment process design in municipal/industrial wastewater, MBR & UF design knowledge preferable.

Bachelor's Degree required in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or other related areas with an emphasis on Water, and Wastewater Treatment Processes.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel), and AutoCAD/Solid Works.

Willing to travel oversea and on technical support call outside normal office hours.

Field service experience and mechanically aptitude.

Strong analytical, communication skills and organizational skills.

Committed team player.

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
