Job summary

ADP TEKNOLOGI SDN. BHD. is seeking an engineer to lead process and engineering works for water and wastewater treatment projects in Petaling Jaya. You will participate in tender submissions, coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role involves liaising with government authorities, assisting testing and commissioning, and training site personnel upon project completion. Travel and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in water/wastewater/sewerage; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undertake process and engineering works in water/wastewater/sewerage treatment plants.

• Liaise with government authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure approvals are obtained timely.
• To participate in testing and commissioning during project implementation, and provide training to relevant personnel for the completed water / wastewater treatment plant.
• To assist with ad-hoc tasks given by superior or management.

Requirements:

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in water / wastewater / sewerage treatment industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
