Linnovate Partners Limited seeks a diligent analyst to provide analysis and performance reporting for private equity funds and related vehicles. The role entails quarterly investment analysis, investor reporting, and asset management duties for fund of funds and direct investments.

You will monitor portfolios, coordinate with clients and GPs for reports, and verify fee calculations per LPA. Strong English and Mandarin, plus 1–3 years in a client-facing finance role, are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role within Finance, Fund Administration, or FinTech is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Provide analysis and performance reporting of investment performance for private equity funds and affiliated funds.
• Prepare quarterly investment/financial analysis and investor reports for clients and their investors.
• Post-investment asset management including quarterly analysis for fund of funds and direct investments.
• Monitor portfolios and collect/prepare portfolio transactions and financial data for reports.
• Liaise with clients and fund GPs for daily calls, distributions and ad-hoc requests.
• Check fee calculations (management fees, carried interest, waterfall) against LPA.
