Hex Trust in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to originate and grow a book of high net worth (HNW) clients and family offices. You will leverage Hex Trust's institutional products and infrastructure while building lasting relationships.

This role offers the chance to work within a senior commercial team and help shape product offerings in an early-stage context. A strong background in wealth or sales is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; familiarity with digital assets.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients.
• Cultivate partnerships with distribution partners to drive growth.
• Lead client meetings and articulate Hex Trust’s value proposition.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across various financial products.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
