Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of individual customers with long-term relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to identify opportunities for products and services.
• Advise customers on deposits, loans, investments and insurance with clear terms.
• Process customer transactions accurately while complying with bank policies.
• Achieve individual sales targets for various banking products and services.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and participate in sales campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends and cross-sell opportunities across departments.
