Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a Priority Banking Center Assistant/Coordinator to support Relationship Managers in addressing PB customer needs at the Priority Banking Center. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining a strong customer relationship.

The role involves processing transactions, facilitating promotions, and ensuring AML/CRS/FATCA compliance; and coordinating with RMs for referrals and follow-up. Malaysian citizens only.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to excel.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues at the Priority Banking Center from enquiries to resolution.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and resolving problems; suggest improvements.
• Engage customers to build sustainable relationships and trust; attend to walk-in PB customers promptly.
• Cross-sell products such as Credit Cards, SMF; refer sales to RMs for PB upgrades and investments per policy.
