Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Priority Banking Center support specialist to assist Priority Banking Relationship Managers with transactions and service requests, ensuring timely and accurate handling of walk-ins.

You will own customer issues from enquiry to resolution, maintain service quality, cross-sell compliant products, and help sustain trusted relationships while upholding AML/FATCA/CRS standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in accounting, banking, investment, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Highly motivated, results-driven and customer-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues at the Priority Banking Center from enquiries to resolution.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and resolving service problems.
• Engage customers to build sustainable relationships and trust.
• Attend to walk-in Priority Banking customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Share information on campaigns and promotions and cross-sell products where appropriate.
• Refer sales to RMs for PB upgrades and investment products while ensuring NCNS compliance.
• Ensure documents and forms meet risk, AML, FATCA, CRS, FEAR, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform callbacks to confirm sales and banking transactions.
• Maintain the Priority Banking Center including facilities, equipment, and stationeries.
• Develop and maintain an organized documentation and filing system.
• Strive to meet personal and team sales and service targets.
