Job summary

HLB is seeking a Priority Banking Center Support professional to assist Relationship Managers with customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high service standards. You will engage customers, cross-sell suitable products, and ensure AML/compliance is met.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Open to Malaysian citizens, you will be part of a nationwide bank with a regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and result-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues at the Priority Banking Center from enquiries to resolution.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and resolving problems.
• Engage customers and build sustainable relationships and trust.
• Ensure walk-in Priority Banking customers are attended promptly and accurately.
• Share information on campaigns or promotions and cross-sell products (e.g., Credit Card, SMF).
• Refer sales to RMs for PB upgrades and investment products (comply with NCNS policy).
• Ensure documents submitted meet risk/compliance requirements (AML/FATCA/CRS/FEAR).
• Perform callbacks to customers after sales confirmations and transactions.
• Maintain the Priority Banking Center facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop and implement an efficient filing system for important documents.
• Meet personal and team sales and service targets.
