Job summary

Dell GmbH is seeking a Principal Software Engineer-IT in Malaysia to lead automation and AI-assisted efforts across IT public cloud tenants, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. This role collaborates with Cloud Platform, Security, Networking, and Operations teams to deliver standardized, automated cloud capabilities that are policy-driven and scalable.

You will design and implement critical services, drive major refactors, and champion quality to improve performance and reliability.

Principal Software Engineer-IT (Public Cloud Automation & AI)

The Software Developer in Public Cloud Engineering is responsible for developing and supporting automation and AI‑assisted solutions that enable scalable, secure, and efficient operations across IT Public Cloud tenants. This role supports cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The position works closely with Cloud Platform, Security, Networking, and Operations teams to deliver standardized, automated, and policy‑driven cloud capabilities.
