Oracle Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Principal Sales Consultant to accelerate Oracle Fusion HCM growth across ASEAN through expert presales, solution consulting, and business development support. You will partner with sales teams to progress strategic opportunities, respond to RFIs and RFPs, deliver compelling customer demonstrations, and position Fusion HCM solutions against competitors.

• Work closely with sales, product, consulting, partners, and other solution engineering teams to develop winning solutions.
• Provide competitive positioning and address functional, technical, and commercial customer concerns.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including HR, IT, finance, procurement, and senior leadership.
• Contribute reusable content, industry insights, demonstration assets, and best practices to improve presales effectiveness across the region.

Job Description

The Principal Sales Consultant will support Oracle Fusion HCM growth across ASEAN by providing expert presales, solution consulting, and business development support. Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in HCM applications, HR transformation, SaaS presales, consulting, or solution engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM platform.
• Knowledge of ASEAN HCM market requirements, industry trends, and local business practices.
• Experience engaging senior HR and technology stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud transformation, AI-enabled HR processes, analytics, and integration considerations.

• Contribution to ASEAN Fusion HCM pipeline and revenue growth.
• Quality and timeliness of RFI and RFP responses.
• Effectiveness of customer presentations and demonstrations.
• Progression and conversion of strategic HCM opportunities.
