You will shape leadership pathways, governance, and measurement, helping leaders navigate change, scale impact, and accelerate transformation across the enterprise.

This role focuses on embedding AI-enabled learning, scaling experiences, and delivering measurable improvements in leadership capability and talent readiness at a global level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and/or enterprise change management.
• Ability to build leadership capability systems linked to measurable business and transformation outcomes.
• Experience operating at enterprise level, influencing senior partners and aligning development to strategic priorities.
• Proven track record translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences and assessment-led interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation and define behaviors to signal, model, and reinforce.
• Architect differentiated leadership pathways aligned to the Leadership Attribute Model and personalize development via assessments.
• Establish governance for leadership development as an enterprise capability with scalable delivery and quality standards.
• Design and scale a global facilitator ecosystem; integrate facilitated experiences with digital enablement.
• Develop measurement strategies to demonstrate impact on capability, talent readiness, and outcomes.
