You will design differentiated leadership pathways, govern a global program portfolio, and drive adoption through enterprise partners and facilitators. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in organizational development, transforming leadership capability, and data-driven impact across global teams, with a focus on accelerating the future of work at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
12+ years in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, or enterprise change management.
Ability to build leadership capability systems linked to measurable outcomes.
Enterprise-level experience influencing senior partners and aligning development to strategy.
Experience using data/analytics to inform development decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation by defining behaviors leaders must model and reinforce.
Architect differentiated leadership pathways aligned to Micron's Leadership Attribute Model.
Govern leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability with global facilitator ecosystem.
Establish a measurement strategy to demonstrate impact on capability, readiness, and outcomes.
Partner with Talent Partners to align priorities with business needs and drive adoption.
