Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Principal, Global Leadership & Organization Capability to shape leadership through AI-enabled learning, scaling, and governance. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives expanding leadership capabilities and accelerating transformation across regions.

You will collaborate with Talent Partners and senior leaders to align priorities, design differentiated pathways, and drive measurable outcomes through data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and/or enterprise change management, with deep expertise in designing and delivering global leadership development programs.
• Ability to build leadership capability systems—not just programs—linked to measurable business and transformation outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience operating at enterprise level, influencing senior partners and aligning leadership development to strategic priorities.
• Proven track record in translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences, including cohort-based programs, in-role development, and assessment-led interventions.
• Experience bringing to bear data, insights, or analytics to inform build decisions and measure leadership impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation by defining, operationalizing, and activating the behaviors leaders must signal, model, and reinforce to foster a culture of speed, curiosity, and innovation.
• Design and scale leadership experiences that equip leaders to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and guide teams through role reinvention and new ways of working with confidence and clarity.
• Architect differentiated leadership pathways across the continuum, aligning experiences to the Leadership Attribute Model and embedding behaviors to drive culture transformation and business performance.
• Establish and govern the leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability system with consistent design standards and quality.
• Build and scale a global facilitator ecosystem capable of delivering high-impact experiences with consistency and relevance.
• Establish a measurement strategy that demonstrates impact on leadership capability, talent readiness, and organizational outcomes.
