Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Leadership & Organization Capability to advance leadership development across the enterprise.

The role focuses on defining AI-driven leadership capabilities, scaling leadership experiences, and aligning with Micron's transformation priorities. You will lead governance, measurement, and a global facilitator network to drive impactful culture change and business performance.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and/or enterprise change management.
Ability to build leadership capability systems—not just programs—linked to measurable business and transformation outcomes.
Demonstrated enterprise-level influence and alignment of leadership development to strategic priorities.
Proven track record translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences (cohort programs, in-role development, assessment-led interventions).
Experience using data/insights/analytics to inform development decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

Lead leadership and AI transformation by defining behaviors leaders must signal and reinforce to drive culture and performance.
Design scalable leadership experiences that navigate ambiguity and guide teams through change.
Architect differentiated leadership pathways across the continuum and align with Micron's Leadership Attribute Model.
Develop governance for the leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability.
Build a global facilitator ecosystem and continuously optimize learning with digital enablement and in-the-flow learning.
