Job summary

NI Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive project support professional to work closely with engineers and the project manager in daily activities, including BOM management and procurement workflows.

You will handle project documentation, ECO/MCO, PR/PO tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with PCB, Test, compliance, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities.
• Executing tasks assigned by project manager.
• Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support requests, ECOs and MCOs.
• Manage BOM and component inventory.
• Submit PRs and track POs; project coordination.
• Manage manufacturing prototype or qualification job requests.
• Create new component part numbers; experience with electronic components is a plus.
• Collaborate with PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing and other teams as required.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cross-functional interaction across R&D and manufacturing.

Job description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities

Executing task assign by project manager

Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support request, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order)

Manage BOM (Bill of Material) and component inventory

To submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) tracking
Project coordination

Manage manufacturing prototype job or qualification job request

New component part number creation (Experiences with electronic component attributes is a plus)

To work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams such as PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing, and others based on project requirement.

Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing team.
