Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support daily activities.
• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager promptly and accurately.
• Maintain project docs and coordinate logistics: ECOs, MCOs, and internal requests.
• Manage BOMs and component inventory records.
• Submit PRs, track POs, and assist project coordination.
• Coordinate manufacturing prototype builds and product qualification requests.
• Create/maintain component part numbers; familiarity with electronic attributes helps.
• Work with cross-functional teams (PCB, Test, Compliance, Manufacturing, others).
• Foster teamwork and clear communication across R&D and manufacturing.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work closely with engineers and project managers to support daily project activities.
• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate logistics activities, including internal support requests, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs).
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component inventory records.
• Submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs), track Purchase Orders (POs), and support project coordination activities.
• Coordinate manufacturing prototype builds and product qualification requests.
• Create and maintain new component part numbers; experience with electronic component attributes is an advantage.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including PCB Design, Test Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders as required by project needs.
• Foster strong teamwork and maintain effective communication across R&D and manufacturing organizations.

• Experience supporting engineering development, manufacturing, or new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Familiarity with electronic components, BOM management, and engineering change processes (ECO/MCO).
