Job summary

NYS International Freight Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites experienced, qualified and motivated candidates for a role supporting our freight pricing and sales teams. Located near Klang, you will source competitive freight rates, prepare quotations, and coordinate with shipping lines, airlines and partners to deliver timely responses.

You will assist with pricing inquiries, maintain relationships with local and overseas agents, monitor market trends, and leverage MS Office to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding/logistics preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Source competitive freight rates from carriers and overseas agents.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers promptly.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and business partners.
• Support sales team with pricing and rate inquiries.
