Farm To Fork Sdn Bhd (Pop Meals) is seeking two Preventive/Project Maintenance Technicians to service and upkeep freezers, chillers, HVAC, water systems, and electrical/plumbing infrastructure across our outlets in Johor and Melaka.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a Pw4 certification is a plus, with at least 1 year of maintenance experience and the ability to operate across multiple locations.

We are looking for 2 Preventative/Project Maintenance Technician (1 headcount in Johor & 1 headcount in Melaka) to ensure the functionality, servicing & upkeep of all freezers, chillers, air-conditioners, water supply/drainage, electricity balancing & facility infrastructure across our outlets. These preventative measures are to ensure minimal operational downtime at our outlets to enable the outlet operations team to deliver a great customer experience.
1. Equipment Maintenance & Reliability
Maintaining, servicing, and repair of operational equipment including but not limited to:
freezers, chillers, air-conditioners, water supply/drainage, electricity balancing
Implement preventive maintenance measures diligently to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
2. Facilities Maintenance
Electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (including air conditioning servicing), and basic structural integrity.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to legal safety regulations and internal SOPs.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Update records of equipment servicing history, repair logs, costs, and downtime incidents.
Contribute to the development of SOPs and emergency response protocols.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Pw4 certification is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience in working across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical/plumbing infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting, planning and decision-making abilities.
