Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications for a Principal to build a modern quality preschool and lead a team of awesome teachers. You will oversee daily operations and nurture strong relationships with families and the community.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or Education, with at least 5 years in preschool leadership. Mandarin is an advantage; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology or Education (or equivalent).
• Managerial experience encouraged for non-traditional degrees.
• At least 5 years in the preschool industry; experience as a principal preferred.
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Training will be provided.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education / Psychology / Education or equivalent.
• Candidates with other degrees with Managerial experiences are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must have at least a total of 5 years of working experience in preschool industry, preferably an experienced principal.
• Service-oriented person with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Training will be provided.
